Each cooking class is directed by an experienced chef who shares the secrets of his dishes and recipes with future chefs.
The workshops are organized in small groups using easy-to-use equipment found in any kitchen. In one half-day cooking workshop, you can learn how to prepare an appetizer and a main dish, or a main dish and dessert, in the same module.
At the end of each workshop, participants can enjoy the meal they have prepared in the olive tree patio of La Maison Arabe.
